Judges for this Pennsylvania Interscholastic Marching Band Association competitions are members of the Pennsylvania
Federation of Contest Judges.
Classification
of Bands is determined by the total number of playing members, not including field conductors, majorettes, silks, rifles,
dance corps, etc. The six classes are as follows:
